Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing Tesoro Rico Joyería. As a store specializing primarily in fine jewellery with a limited selection of perfumes, we have established the following return and exchange guidelines to maintain quality and protect both our customers and our business.
Jewellery Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges on jewellery items must be requested within 7 days of purchase. Jewellery must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates intact. Jewellery showing any signs of wear, damage, resizing, alteration, or cleaning after purchase is not eligible for return. Customized, engraved, or personalized jewellery is strictly FINAL SALE
and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Perfume Returns and Exchanges
Perfumes are a limited offering and are returnable only if unopened and in their original sealed condition. Once the seal on a perfume or fragrance has been broken or the product has been used, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns or exchanges for opened or used perfumes will be denied to ensure health and safety standards.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used perfumes. Worn, resized, altered, or damaged jewellery. Clearance, discounted, or promotional items unless defective. Gift cards or vouchers.
Return Process
A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for the safe return of the products, preferably via insured shipping. Returned items will undergo comprehensive inspection. Items found to be used, altered, or damaged after the sale will be rejected. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days, excluding any shipping or handling fees.
Defective or Damaged Items
Notify us within 48 hours of receipt for any defective or damaged items. Photographic evidence should be provided to support the claim. Verified defective items will be replaced, repaired, or refunded at the store's discretion.
Right to Refuse Returns
Tesoro Rico Joyería reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with these policies or if fraudulent activity is suspected. Misuse or abuse of the return policy may result in account suspension or banning from future purchases.
Additional Terms
Receipts from multiple different purchase dates cannot be combined to qualify for a return. Returns for hygiene-sensitive products, especially perfumes, adhere to strict policies to prevent misuse. Frequent or excessive returns may lead to denial of future returns or exchanges.
